I’ve been inspired to record this episode by one of you who asked me how to set boundaries and look after your mental health when teaching/running a teaching business. I feel that we don’t talk enough about this enough. mental health is still a taboo and setting boundaries is still a problem for a lot of people (especially for women I dare say).
So in today’s episode, I’m offering some tips and shifts in thinking about mental health and setting healthy boundaries.
But most importantly, I talk about why it’s crucial that we prioritise ourselves and why it’s our job to protect our resources.
