Ola Kowalska is a business coach and mentor for the language education industry. Her mission is to help passionate, mission-driven and people-focused language professionals make more money by running profitable businesses so we can all raise the bar for the industry.

Since 2021 she’s supported hundreds of teachers, coaches, language school owners and service providers to start and grow their profitable, sustainable and enjoyable businesses. She’s also become an important voice in the industry and is determined to make a positive impact by speaking up about unethical marketing practices, toxic employment conditions and other things that make it hard for people in languages to thrive.

Her podcast “Get richer, teacher!” shares Ola’s fresh and unique take on the business side of things within the language world through snackable weekly episodes on what it *actually* takes to successfully scale a language business from being a teacher to a successful CEO.

I worked with Ola on her one-to-one coaching programme, which enabled me to reflect on what I wanted to achieve and why in depth. As a result, there were many lightbulb moments in working with Ola as she pushed me to acknowledge my strengths and passion. This ultimately resulted in me studying for my coaching certificate and establishing my coaching business, Communicating for Impact. Without Ola, I would not have had the confidence to take a quantum leap in my career nor the skills to test the market to prove my business concept. I'm excited about starting this new adventure of running my own business while doing something I'm truly passionate about.
