A 12-month 1:1 coaching experience for established language entrepreneurs ready to scale their income to six figures and beyond, revolutionise their businesses with bold strategies and step into their role as industry leaders.
Your roadmap to a profitable, sustainable business
Although this is a fully personalised program, we will follow some set steps to streamline your systems, engineer your offers and master your mindset.
Months 1-2: Laying the foundations
We'll audit your current business to see what's working and what's not. We will also take stock of your strengths and assets. The initial onboarding form will give you tons of clarity!
Month 3-4: Decluttering your life and business
We'll see which parts of your current business can stay and which of them need to go. Very often the best strategy is to get rid of things that are not serving you. We will also look into your habits and mindset. Get ready for lots of space to breathe!
Month 5-6: Creating an aligned path
Once we've got the space we will create an aligned plan to reach YOUR version of success. This will include your big financial goal and the path to get there.
Month 7-8: Developing a marketing and sales strategy
Your plan won't work without us carefully laying out all the details - including how you're going to market and sell your offers (with ease!)
Month 9-10: Executing the plan
This is where we will be deep in the trenches - you'll be implementing the plan and I'll be helping you along the way and troubleshoot where necessary!
Month 11-12: Optimising and planning for the future
We'll then take stock of everything that we've accomplished, see how it worked and plan for the future! You'll either be able to continue working with me or go on and be able to implement the new plan yourself.

1:1 kick off call
The program starts with a longer 90-min kick-off call where we will debrief your form and take stock of everything.
11 fluff-free calls
You will get a total of eleven additional 60-min long calls where we will review your work, look at your strategy, clarify any questions and set goals for the next month.
Me, in your pocket, nearly all the time!
Between our calls, you will have ongoing access to me via Voxer where you can ask me questions, get my feedback on your copy or content or troubleshoot any challenges or mindset wobbles. I will be responding to you asynchronously Monday - Thursday 9:30-15 UK time (but you can message me anytime!)

Sign a contract
After we’ve decided this is the perfect program for you, I’ll send over a contract. You’ll read it, sign it, and pay your first instalment to save your space.
Fill out a detailed onboarding form
Before we take off, I'll ask you to fill out a detailed survey that will likely make you think about your business in a way you have not done it before! And it will help us see what to work on first.

My capacity for 1:1 coaching is limited, and I honestly believe that you will benefit so much more from the accountability and inspiration that comes from being in a group program.

Can you guarantee results?
Nope. In the same way that you cannot guarantee results to your students, I can’t promise that you will make a certain amount of money or sales (honestly, anyone who does is bullshitting you). Your results totally depend on how much work you put in.
